The Institute for Hebrew Language and Literature is committed to developing international scientific and research cooperation with universities, research institutes, and internationally recognized scholars in the fields of Hebrew Language, Hebrew Philology, Biblical Studies, Jewish Studies, Semitic Linguistics, Ancient Near Eastern Studies, Archaeology, History, Theology, and related academic disciplines.
Through its scientific activities, the Institute promotes international academic dialogue, interdisciplinary research, scholarly publishing, and the exchange of knowledge among researchers from different countries and academic traditions.
The Institute’s most significant current international scientific project is the European Hebrew Journal (EHJ), an international Diamond Open Access, peer-reviewed academic journal published by the Institute for Hebrew Language and Literature. Through this project, the Institute actively cooperates with internationally recognized scholars representing leading universities and research institutions worldwide.
